At Tier One Laboratories, we are committed to providing high-quality research materials and excellent customer service. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.
Tier One Laboratories does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for products that have been shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
To assist with your claim, please provide:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Upon review, Tier One Laboratories may, at its sole discretion:
• Replace the product;
• Issue store credit; or
• Issue a refund for the affected item.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, Tier One Laboratories is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related claims.
If a package is lost in transit before delivery is completed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve a package from the carrier, or any other circumstance outside the control of Tier One Laboratories may be subject to:
• Return shipping fees;
• Reshipment fees; and/or
• A restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled prior to processing and fulfillment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact Tier One Laboratories first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Tier One Laboratories reserves the right to dispute and challenge any chargeback using order records, shipment tracking information, delivery confirmations, customer communications, website terms, and any other relevant documentation.
Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may be restricted from future purchases.
Research Use Only Products
All products sold by Tier One Laboratories are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) and are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or clinical application. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their purchase, possession, and use of products complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, and restrictions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tier One Laboratories' liability for any claim relating to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Tier One Laboratories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or purchase of any product.
