Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers begin once an order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
• An order is considered fulfilled when it has been packaged, labeled, and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email when available.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, additional shipping and handling fees may apply before reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the carrier.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, Tier One Laboratories is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages after delivery.

If a package is lost in transit before delivery is completed, please contact us and we will assist in filing an investigation with the carrier when appropriate.
Order Tracking

Failure to receive, retrieve, or accept delivery does not qualify an order for a refund.
