Do unused monthly selections roll over?
No. Monthly selections reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. We recommend placing your monthly order before your next renewal date to maximize your membership benefits.
When will I be billed?
Members will receive a monthly payment link and/or invoice on the same date they originally signed up. Payments must be submitted promptly each month in order to keep the membership active and maintain access to member benefits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
How fast is shipping?
